We have developed all kinds of automatic components to automated the coil manufacturing and integrated them into the coil production lines including pick and place robot, automatic terminal inserting machine, taping machine, coil parameter testing machine, wire coating peeling machine, yoke riveting machine. To realize the high precision and flexibility, the MECHATROLINK of YASKAWA FCS are employed to equip the winding machines and production lines. In addition, the control system has offered the better platform for our secondary development, and also TongLun has acquired the intellectual property rights of the winding control system.
The user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI) are written in both Chinese and English, and Polish is optional. The kinematics accuracy powered by the system can be controlled within 0.01mm.
