Automatic production line for big coil
Machine Features：
1. It is applicable for large size bobbins, such as contactor coil and solenoid valve coil.
2. Multiple processes can be completed on the line including automatic vibration feeding, winding, taping, soldering, testing, terminal reforming ,laser marking ,printing, palletizing and so on.
3. There are three types of soldering processes: dip soldering, Frequency Welding, Resistance Welding and LBM(Laser Beam Welding). They are determined based on the coil specifications
4. Two winding machines with big pitch can be connected in parallel to improve capacity and efficiency.
5. The state-of –the-art controller of MECHATROLINK-II is employed to equip the winding machine.
