Integrated automatic winding machine of solenoid coil
1. The model is originally designed by TongLun and customized for solenoid coil of magnet switch of starter motor and similar products. Both primary and secondary coils can be wound to exact turns on precise layers to produce layer winding, which is required by starter motor winding process. No wire overlapping within 20 layers.
2. 6 stations are integrated on one machine and the processes include: winding primary coil, taping, winding secondary coil, taping, loading & unloading and etc.
3. The winding station can execute the auto actions of winding, traverse ,leading off wire as directed, wire cutting .What has to be done by people is only to load and unload the bobbins.
4. All the key parts are imported from Japan, Italy and US including YASKAWA servo system，SKF bearing ,Unitta Belts，SUNX sensor and CKD/SMC Pneumatic parts.
5. Equipped with YASKAWA FCS (Fieldbus Control System), the kinematics accuracy can be controlled within 0.01mm.
6. Mitsubishi magnetic powder tension and controller are equipped to ensure the constant tension.
7. Auto-cutting unit. No scrap wire is generated to save cost.
