Automatic Production Line for Typical Coil
Machine Features：
1. It is applicable for small size bobbins such as relay coil, transformer coil ,stepping motor coil, ignition coil, etc. .
2. Multiple processes can be completed on the line including Automatic vibration feeding, winding, taping, Dip soldering, testing, terminal reforming， palletizing and so on.
3. 4 spindles are synchronously controlled by YASKAWA FCS (Fieldbus Control System) and kinematics accuracy can be controlled within 0.01mm. The state-of –the-art controller of MECHATROLINK-II is employed to equip the winding machine.
4. Liquid level in the solder bath can be tested by the sensor in real time. If the solder surface is lower than the set height, tin will be automatically added.
5. Soldering time can be adjusted between 0 and 5 second and the precision is 0.1 second.
6. A small solder bath which can more upwards and downwards may be added in the large solder batch.
